Drum and IBC Secondary Containment Unit - 2200 Litre Sump Capacity

Drum and IBC secure storage unit for the safe storage of oil drums and IBCs. Ideal for use as a secondary containment system to contain accidental spills and limit access.

• Base is manufactured from 3mm mild steel with RHS cross members and pressed ribs
• Corner posts, shelf frames and main rails are rolled hollow section
• Roof is pressed with suitable bracing and fully welded around the perimeter
• Back, side and door panels are pressed from 2mm mild steel sheet and corrugated where required
• Fitted with crane lifting points (maximum 2000kg per lift point)

• Floor area above sump is covered with galvanised steel channel sections to allow loose drums or pallets to be stored directly onto it
• Upper shelf is open box section which is designed to support pallets

• Unit should be positioned on a solid level surface, ideally concrete of circa 150mm in depth and 100mm bigger overall than the unit - the purpose of this is to ensure the unit does not settle unevenly when loaded
  

Please note: This unit will be delivered by an articulated vehicle, therefore please ensure that a vehicle of this size can access your premises before ordering and advise us accordingly. An appropriate size-capacity fork lift truck or Hiab unit is required to offload this item from the delivery vehicle. Standard delivery does not include the offloading - please call for details
