Removable and easily replaceable P90 upright protection system that can save expensive racking repair costs.

Each Kit Contains:

  • 1 x reinforcing load bearing upright
  • 1 x sacrificial cover to fix to the load bearing upright
  • Levelling plates
  • Nuts and bolts for connections (floor fixings included)
The loading capacity of the upright the kit is applied to will be either the capacity of the load bearing upright, or the capacity of the host rack, whichever is smaller.

Sacrificial legs are available to be installed at the same time as racking systems or retro fitted to existing systems.

Details

The Dexion P90 Sacrificial Leg Kit offers protection for the bottom of an upright within a racking frame. A reinforcing and load bearing structural post is bolted to the main upright and fixed to the ground using floor anchors, raising the upright from the floor by 650mm. A 650mm long sacrificial cover with a pre-galvanised finish is then applied to the structural post to protect it from damage as the cover is non-load bearing it can be easily replaced after damage is incurred without unloading the rack, saving time and expensive repair costs.

Sacrificial leg kits are available for both P90 and MK3 racking systems and include:

  • A reinforcing load bearing upright/structural post
  • An easily replaceable sacrificial cover that fixes to the load bearing upright/structural post
  • Levelling plates
  • Nuts and bolts for connections (floor fixings included)

Loading capacities:

  • Please note: the loading capacity of the upright the sacrificial leg kit is applied to is limited to either the load capacity of the host rack, or the capacity of the reinforcing load bearing upright, whichever is the smaller value.
